Steve Griffith - Founder and President

As a Salesperson, Sales Leader, and Executive for 35 years, I have had the distinct pleasure of learning from every experience how to help others deliver their best to achieve the most outstanding results. At every step of my career, I was hired to join or accept a role that required me to build or rebuild a sales organization. I became adept at quickly assessing the problem, identifying a solution, and implementing changes to achieve and exceed the targeted goals. I had great mentors and examples who I learned from, and I discovered that my greatest joy was helping others develop to achieve their goals and find success. 


 I felt called to make this my business, and now I have my own company, helping B2B businesses realize growth and success and coaching sales leaders to excel. I help owners build their businesses, which leads to greater returns and a higher valuation when they exit. Whether it is an investment, transfer of ownership to family members, or exiting their business, I help them achieve a successful transition. I work with Startups, pre-revenue or early-stage, to help build a process and a plan that provides scalability. I help accelerate growth at all company stages using proven methods and tools.

Mission

  The mission of Sales Builders Texas is to provide accelerated sales growth and valuation increase in Small /Medium B2B Business clients through formal engagement and delivery of sustainable practices that operate independently of our ongoing involvement.
